The Spokane Low Income Housing Consortium believes that everyone should have the opportunity to live in a safe, decent, affordable home. The Consortium is a membership association that promotes the long-term availability and maximum use of safe, affordable housing for people of low income in the Greater Spokane area. All total, our members have produced, preserved and rehabilitated over 3,000 units of affordable rental housing and developed over 2,000 homeownership opportunities for families of low income.
This web site was developed with a City of Spokane Community Development Block Grant and a grant from Spokane Rotary Club #21.
