Since 1990, our members have developed over 3,900 affordable rental homes and created over 2,000 homeownership opportunities for individuals and families of low income in the Spokane area.

2016 ACCOMPLISHMENTS
  • Community Frameworks completed phase one of Valley Point townhomes and 32 units at 315 W Mission.  They also began construction on 35 units that will be completed in 2017.
  • Catholic Charities built 175 units of low income housing at Buder Haven, St. Michaels Haven and Guadalupe Haven.
  • Pioneer Human Services provided transitional and permanent housing for 105 people of low and moderate income.
  • Habitat for Humanity - Spokane built 12 homes for low income families and completed 30 housing units at Hope Meadows in Deer Park.
  • Spokane Housing Ventures added 14 new properties to its portfolio bringing their total to 30 and now manages over 1000 affordable multifamily rental homes.
  • Commonwealth Agency had over 1200 units in operation, construction, or lease-up.  Through tax credit projects they were able to provide$42,000 in grants to other non-profits.
  • Transitions served 1600 people through crisis response and stabilization services at Women's Hearth, transitional and permanent housing at Miryam's House and TLC, child care for formerly homeless children at EduCare, and job training at New Leaf. 42 people found employment.
