Requirement: Development must include low-income housing (may also include mixed-income).
✅ Who Can Apply
  • Must be a non-profit 501(c)(3) registered in Washington State or
  • A licensed business registered in Washington State
    Must either:
  • Have experience developing housing, or
  • Partner with an experienced housing developer.
