Our members work together to ensure the long-term availability and maximum use of safe, affordable housing in our community.  We offer two membership options:

  • Member – Any nonprofit organization or public housing authority involved in any aspect of the development, ownership, or management of low income housing or who provides supportive services for low income housing.  Each Member designates a representative to be a Director of the Board.  In accordance with the Bylaws of the Spokane Low Income Housing Consortium (SLIHC), the activities and affairs of SLIHC shall be managed, directed and controlled by the Board of Directors.

  • Supportive Member – Any for-profit corporation or person that supports SLIHC and its mission, projects and activities.  Supportive Members can provide input at Board meetings, serve on committees, and have opportunities to promote their services to SLIHC members.

*   Sponsorships
Any corporation or person can sponsor a SLIHC meeting, training, reception, forum or project.  Sponsors will be acknowledged verbally and in all written materials about the event or project.  Contact Ben Stuckart at [email protected]

Members and associate members that provide housing programs are highlighted in blue with an asterisk*. To find affordable housing, use the following information to contact our members or go to www.housingsearchnw.org.
